Privacy policy

Slise Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware C corporation, operates The New Era® of Shopping platform (“Era®” or the “Platform”) accessible at era.shopping. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about individuals who visit our website, register for an account, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a professional or business capacity.

Era® is a business-to-business (B2B) service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from consumers acting in a personal capacity or from individuals under the age of 18. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that your organization has obtained all necessary consents from its personnel whose data may be processed hereunder.

This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Scope and Controller Identity

Slise Inc. acts as the data controller for personal data it collects directly via the Website and Platform. Where the Company processes personal data on behalf of a Customer (e.g., data the Customer uploads or inputs), the Company acts as a data processor and the Customer is the controller. Customer-controlled data is governed by the applicable data processing agreement or, absent such agreement, by our Terms of Service.

For questions about this Policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at: privacy@era.shopping.

• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable laws, including financial recordkeeping, sanctions screening, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for non-essential cookies, certain marketing communications, and any other processing for which we seek your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or address a security issue.

• Aggregated or de-identified data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, including for benchmarking, industry reports, or marketing purposes.
